Shades of Yoga training takes yoga beyond the mat, exploring all
aspects of living a life of balance and harmony. Guest lecturers and
teachers are often invited to share their wisdom with our students to
further enhance their learning experience.
On many of our courses, we incorporate a “Yoga of Food” element.
This is led by world renowned chef and cookbook author Aine
McAteer, or another expert in the field of food and nutrition who we have invited as a guest lecturer.
